Hasco Normalien
Hasco Hasenclever GmbH Co KG is the inventor of the standard structural elements system for moulds, punches and tools in the plastics and metalworking industry.
Because of the high degree of precision and quality, these elements are mutually interchangeable. J. Hersbach B.V. has a most varied assortment of products in stock in Schiedam, as a result of which short lead times are guaranteed.
The product range of Hasco comprises:
K-sheets
Perforated sheets with system holes, worked in on all sides, for the setting up of die-casting, pressure casting and hollow dies. Available from stock in a wide range of sizes and tool steel qualities including Toolox 33 and Toolox 44.
• The KR-system consists of a master sheet with precision-insert pieces made from steel and special aluminium, to be fitted in systematically as desired.
• K2000 is a slide mould ideally suitable for products with outer undercuts or external screw thread.
P-sheets Sp-sheets
Non-drilled sheets, machined all-round. For tools, punches, moulds and a wide range of other applications. Available in a wide range of qualities including Toolox 33 and Toolox 44.
• P1100 is a more cost effective programme for P-sheets with a broadened tolerance field. Dimensions are equivalent to those of the existing P-programme, it is only the grinding allowance that is greater and the sheets are cross-ground.
• PR precision insert pieces are specially designed for the HASCO KR-system. Available in a wide range of tool steel qualities and special aluminium.
Z-parts
Z-parts are accessory parts for die-casting and pressure casting dies. From guide pins to micro processor controlled controllers, from high-grade heated spray nozzles to “Hot runner systems".
T-parts
The T-programme consists of standard modules for punch and cutting tools.
Specials
Specials include custom-made K or P-sheets, Z-parts, special ejection coverings etc.
Hasco hot runner systems
HASCO hot runner systems consist of a multiple of gating possibilities for the most diverse range of applications. The complete range offers users a wide variety of possibilities for controlled gating of synthetic articles.
